Objective To analyze the CT enterography(CTE)of eosinophilic gastroenteritis(EG),to study the clinical value of CTE in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of EG,and to preliminarily try to observe the lesions through 3D recon-struction technology. Methods The clinical and imaging data of patients with EG diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The findings of CT plain scans and CTEs were compared in terms of degree of intestinal wall involvement, mesenteric vessels, lymph nodes, and Mimics software was used for three-dimensional modeling. Results The CT plain scan could not distinguish the layers involved in EG.CTE detected 11 cases of gastrointestinal mucosa in-volvement,10 cases of gastrointestinal muscle involvement and 7 cases of serosa involvement, among which 6 cases showed full-thickness involvement.3D reconstruction and printing increased the overall and local observation of lesions. Conclusion Com-pared with conventional plain CT,CTE can more accurately determine the degree of intestinal wall involvement in EG.The 3D re-construction technology realized by Mimics software can better display the lesions, which is helpful to the planning of medical di-agnosis and medical operation planning and the application of teaching.
