Objective To analyze the clinical and imaging characteristics of ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor(SLCT)and to improve the diagnostic rate.Methods The clinical and imaging(MRI/CT)characteristics of 11 ovarian SLCTs were reviewed retrospectively and analyzed.All SLCTs were proved after clinical operation and pathology in department of gynecology in our hos-pital.Results Among the 11 patients,3 showed masculinity,2 showed de-femalization,5 showed feminization with excessive estrogen,and 1 showed no symptoms.Elevated testosterone was observed in 5 patients.All the patients had unilateral tumors with clear boundaries.Nine tumors were solid or mainly solid masses,1 tumor was cystic-solid mass,and 1 tumor was cystic mass.MR revealed that the solid part of T1WI showed slightly uneven iso-intensity or slightly hypointensity,T2WI showed slightly hyperintensity,DWI showed hyperintensity,ADC value decreased,the solid part of the mass showed significant enhancement with hyperintensity in enhanced scan,and some cases showed rich blood vessels at the edge of the tumor.CT showed soft tissue density in the solid part on plain scan,and significant enhancement of rich blood supply on enhanced scan.Conclusions The MR/CT imaging findings of ovarian SLCT have certain characteristics.Combining with the clinical manifestations and the charac-teristics of serum testosterone elevation,it is helpful for preoperative diagnosis and reasonable treatment.
