Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is the gold standard for the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury.In clinic,there are a variety of clinical measurement methods on the size of the bone tunnel that has a certain measure and has its own advantages,which shows that the size of the bone tunnel has great guiding significance for patient recovery after ligament re-construction.This paper,through a wide review of recent years at home and abroad on the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruc-tion postoperative measurement of bone tunnel size literature,concludes X-ray,CT,MRI different measurement methods,ana-lyzes the clinical application prospects of bone tunnel changes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and,finally,re-views the research progress of different bone tunnel measurement methods after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
