摘要

目的 探讨PHN患者的神经递质水平及其与认知之间的关系.方法 选取 25 例PHN患者和 25 例健康志愿者,评估所有参与者的认知功能,并检测其ACC和LINS脑区的GABA、GSH和Glu水平.结果 1)在PHN组中,ACC脑区的GABA水平降低,Glu水平升高,LINS脑区的Glu水平也升高;2)PHN组中,ACC脑区存在兴奋/抑制(E/I)失衡,且与信息处理速度相关;3)PHN组中,ACC和LINS脑区的Glu/GSH比值升高.结论 PHN患者存在GABA能系统和Glu能系统紊乱,以及E/I失衡和氧化还原失衡,这可能是导致PHN患者认知损害的潜在代谢因素.

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the correlation between neurotransmitter levels and cognitive functioning in individuals suffering from postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods This study included 25 patients with PHN and 25 healthy volunteers.The cognitive function of all participants was assessed.The levels of GABA,GSH,and Glu in the anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)and the left insular cortex(LINS)were measured in the participants.Results 1)Reduced GABA levels and el-evated Glu levels were observed in the ACC of PHN group,with similarly increased Glu levels in the LINS.2)E/I intheACCof PHN grou pwas found to be associated with information processing speed.3)Elevated Glu/GSH were identified in both the ACC and LINS of PHN group.Conclusion The disruption of the GABAergic and glutamatergic systems within cognitive-related brain regions and the resulting E/I imbalance,as well as the redox imbalance,may be the metabolic factors contributing to cogni-tive impairment in patients with PHN.
