摘要

目的 探讨低剂量多层螺旋CT诊断老年肺癌的应用价值.方法 选取 123 例肺癌患者资料,按照不同扫描检查方法分为低剂量组 65 例,常规剂量组 58 例,对比两组肺癌检出率及扫描辐射参数.结果 低剂量组与常规剂量组的肺部结节以及早期肺癌检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).低剂量组与常规剂量组检查肺部结节时的结节直径、毛刺征、空泡征、分叶征、钙化征比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).低剂量组与常规剂量组相比辐射参数中ED值、DLP值、CTDIvol值均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 低剂量多层螺旋CT诊断老年肺癌与常规剂量多层螺旋CT相比同样具有较高检出率.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of low-dose multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of elderly lung can-cer.Method 123 lung cancer patients were selected and divided into a low-dose group of 65 cases and a conventional dose group of 58 cases according to different scanning methods.The detection rate of lung cancer and scanning radiation parameters were compared between the two groups.Result There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of pulmo-nary nodules and early lung cancer between the low-dose group and the conventional dose group(P>0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference(P>0.05)between the low-dose group and the conventional dose group in terms of nodule diameter,follicular sign,lobulation sign,and calcification sign when examining pulmonary nodules.Compared with the conventional dose group,the low-dose group had lower ED values,DLP values,and CTDIvol values in radiation parameters,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose multi-slice spiral CT has a higher detection rate in diagnosing el-derly lung cancer compared to conventional dose multi-slice spiral CT.
