肾脏IVIM最佳水化状态及稳定性、可重复性研究

摘要
目的 探讨行肾脏体素内不相干运动成像(intravoxel incoherent motion,IVIM)检查的最佳水化状态,并分析检查结果的稳定性和可重复性.方法 选取健康成年人志愿者 40 例,每例志愿者均分别在禁饮食 12 h、禁饮食 4 h及水利尿三种状态下行肾脏IVIM检查;其中 36 例志愿者在间隔半年后,在禁饮食 4 h状态下重复行肾脏IVIM检查.结果 三种不同水化状态下,肾皮质(F=1.870,P=0.163)及髓质(F=0.579,P=0.562)D值间的差异无统计学意义,肾皮质(F=0.188,P=0.829)及髓质(F=0.008,P=0.992)D*值间的差异均无统计学意义,肾皮质(F=1.317,P=0.216)及髓质(F =0.336,P=0.715)f值间的差异均无统计学意义.结论 水化状态不影响肾脏IVIM的检查结果,肾脏IVIM检查有很高的稳定性和可重复性;肾脏IVIM检查可以监测正常肾脏的微循环状态及血流灌注状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the optimal hydration state of by IVIM kidney,and to analyze the stability and repeatabil-ity of the results.Methods Forty volunteers underwent kidney IVIM examination in three states of hydration.The hydration states included abstaining from food and water for 12 hours,abstaining from food and water for 4 hours and water diuresis.After half a year,there were thirty-six volunteers repeating kidney IVIM examination,demanding them to abstain from food and water for 4 hours.Results(1)The differences between cortical(F=1.870,P=0.163)and medullary(F=0.579,P=0.562)D value of three hydration states were not statistically significant;The differences between cortical(F=0.188,P=0.829)and medullary(F=0.008,P=0.992)D* value of three hydration states were not statistically significant;The differences between cortical(F= 1.317,P=0.216)and medullary(F=0.336,P=0.715)f value of three hydration states were not statistically significant.Conclu-sion Hydration states could not affect kidney IVIM.Kidney IVIM examination had high stability,so the results were reliable.Kidney IVIM could detect the normal renal microcirculation status and blood flow perfusion.
