摘要
前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)的临床诊断方法正朝着影像学方向发展.超声影像新技术包括微多普勒超声、超声弹性成像、超声造影和微超声(micro ultrasound)等.多参数超声(multiparameter ultrasound,mpUS)作为两种或两种以上超声技术的组合模式,可为临床诊断PCa提供补充的影像学信息,在PCa的诊断中具有很大的潜力.本文就多种超声影像技术在PCa诊断中的应用及发展进行综述.
Abstract
The clinical diagnosis method of prostate cancer(PCa)is developing in the direction of imaging.Advanced ultra-sound technologies,including micro-Doppler ultrasound,elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and micro-ultrasound.Multiparameter ultrasound(mpUS),as a combination mode of two or more ultrasound technologies,can provide supplementary imaging information for the clinical diagnosis of PCa.MpUS has great potential in the diagnosis of PCa.This article is a review of the application and development of various ultrasound techniques in the diagnosis of PCa.
