摘要
随着磁共振成像技术的进步,全身磁共振成像技术(whole body-magnetic resonance imaging,WB-MRI)发展迅速.WB-MRI是一种能同时对人体多部位、多器官扫描的成像方法,能在相对较短的扫描时间内获得全身的解剖及功能图像,WB-MRI在诊断多部位、多灶性骨肌疾病中有着巨大优势,例如骨转移瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、脊柱关节病、非特异性炎症等骨肌疾病.本文简要回顾包括WB-DWI序列在内的WB-MRI成像技术及其在骨肌疾病应用的最新进展.
Abstract
With the progress of magnetic resonance imaging technology,whole body-magnetic resonance imaging(WB-MRI)has developed rapidly.WB-MRI is an imaging method that can simultaneously scan multiple parts and organs of the human body.WB-MRI can obtain anatomical and functional images of the whole body in a relatively short scanning time.WB-MRI has great advantages in diagnosing multiple site and multifocal skeletal muscle diseases,such as bone metastases,multiple myeloma,spi-nalarthropathy,nonspecificinflammation,and other skeletal muscle diseases.In summary,this article briefly reviews the latest advances in WB-MRI imaging techniques,including WB-DWI sequences,and their applications in skeletal muscle diseases.
