摘要
脑血管痉挛是蛛网膜下腔出血后的常见并发症,其定义为一种特殊类型的脑动脉收缩,具体表现为脑部动脉收缩性狭窄,常伴受累血管远端分布区的血液灌注减少.此病发病隐匿,预后不佳,依据临床症状明确诊断时病程已进展到末期,错过最佳治疗时机.因此,如何有效迅速地诊断脑血管痉挛已成为临床研究的热点问题.近年来,新兴影像学技术的发展以及更多监测手段的出现,为脑血管痉挛的诊断提供了新的方法与思路.本文主要从脑血管痉挛的影像学诊断方面作一综述.
Abstract
Cerebral vasospasm is a common complication of subarachnoid hemorrhage,which is defined as a special type of cerebral arterial constriction.It is manifested as constrictive stenosis of cerebral arteries,often associated with decreased perfu-sion in distal brain regions.The disease has insignificant symptoms and poor prognosis,the course of disease has progressed to the end stage when the diagnosis is made based on clinical symptoms,and the optimal treatment time has been missed.There-fore,how to diagnose cerebral vasospasm effectively and quickly has become a hot issue in clinical research.In recent years,the development of emerging imaging technologies and the emergence of more monitoring methods have provided new methods and ideas for the diagnosis of cerebral vasospasm.This article mainly reviews the imaging diagnosis of cerebral vasospasm.
