正中神经返支的解剖与影像学研究进展

摘要
在进行腕管松解术或手腕的创伤修复术时,如果发生了正中神经返支的医源性损伤,术后会出现拇指对掌功能受限及拇指捏物能力下降等症状.详细了解正中神经返支的解剖变异、影像检查及返支相关疾病的治疗对预防医源性损伤十分重要.本文就正中神经返支的解剖、影像学检查及超声引导下返支相关疾病的治疗进行综述.
Abstract
During carpal tunnel release or wrist trauma repair,if iatrogenic injury of the recurrent branch of median nerve oc-curs,symptoms such as limited thumb opposition and decreased thumb pinching ability will occur after operation.A detailed un-derstanding of the anatomical variation of the recurrent branch of the median nerve,imaging examination and treatment of recur-rent branch related diseases is very important for the prevention of iatrogenic injury.This paper reviews the anatomy and the imag-ing examination of the recurrent branch of the median nerve,as well as the treatment of ultrasound-guided recurrent branch related diseases.
