摘要
三角纤维软骨复合体(TFCC)在腕关节生物力学中起着重要的作用,其损伤是引起腕关节尺侧疼痛的常见原因.详细了解TFCC的解剖和损伤模式并对其进行准确的影像学报告以帮助指导临床治疗至关重要.TFCC损伤可通过X线摄影、CT、MRI、超声等进行检查,各项技术各有特色及不足.本文就TFCC的解剖、损伤分型、影像学诊断及其治疗进行综述.
Abstract
The triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC)plays an important role in the biomechanics of the wrist joint,and its injury is a common cause of pain in the ulnar wrist joint.Detailed understanding of the anatomy and injury patterns of TFCC and accurate imaging reports are crucial to guide clinical treatment.TFCC injury can be checked by X-ray,CT,MRI,ultrasound examination,etc.And each technology has its own characteristics and disadvantages.This paper reviews the anatomy,injury classification,imaging diagnosis and treatment of TFCC.
