摘要
随着年龄及妊娠的变化,女性盆底的解剖结构也有着微妙的改变.近年来,人们对女性盆底疾病越来越重视,这便促进了盆底检查技术的发展.目前用于盆底解剖结构观察的技术有X线摄影、CT、MRI、超声检查等,盆底超声检查凭借其无辐射、简便、经济实惠等优点成为研究盆底解剖结构的主要技术手段.本文就盆底超声检查在评估女性不同时期盆底结构变化的研究现状及临床应用进行综述,为临床诊断提供一定的影像学依据.
Abstract
The anatomy of the female pelvic floor changes subtly with age and pregnancy.In recent years,more and more at-tention has been paid to female pelvic floor dysfunction,which has led to the development of pelvic floor examination techniques.Currently,the techniques were used to observe the anatomy of the pelvic floor include X-ray,CT,MRI,and ultrasound,etc.Pelvic floor ultrasound has become the main technical means to study the anatomy of the pelvic floor by virtue of its non-radiation,simplicity,and affordability.In this paper,we review the current research status and clinical application of pelvic floor ultrasound technology in assessing the structural changes of the pelvic floor in women at different periods to provide some im-aging basis for clinical diagnosis.
