影像学检查在痛风性关节炎临床中的价值

摘要
痛风是尿酸盐沉积引起的一种代谢性疾病,可导致关节畸形、痛风性肾病及心血管疾病等.近年来,痛风患病率逐渐上升且呈年轻化趋势.对可疑患者进行关节穿刺并在显微镜下观察到单钠尿酸盐(monosodium urate,MSU)晶体是诊断痛风的金标准,然而,其是有创操作,易造成出血、感染等并发症且假阴性率较高.影像技术的发展,使无创检测微小MSU晶体及痛风诊治关口前移变得可行,在亚临床期即可诊断痛风,避免相关并发症如关节功能丧失、肾功能不全的发生.故本文主要对痛风性关节炎在影像学的典型表现进行综述,以达到提高其诊断正确率的目的.
Abstract
Gout is a metabolic disease caused by urate deposition,which can lead to joint deformity,gout nephropathy and cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,the prevalence of gout has been increasing and the trend is younger.Monosodium urate(MSU)crystals in suspected patients are the gold standard for the diagnosis of gout.However,it is an invasive procedure,prone to complications such as bleeding and infection,and has a high false negative rate.With the development of imaging technology,non-invasive detection of tiny MSU crystals and the advance of gout diagnosis and treatment threshold have become feasible.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the typical imaging manifestations of gout arthritis in order to improve the diagnostic accu-racy.
