摘要
肺动脉高压是一种高发生率、高死亡率性疾病.右心房增大及功能障碍与肺动脉高压患者临床恶化进展息息相关.积极评估右心房结构和功能对肺动脉高压患者至关重要.超声心动图检查、CT检查、心脏磁共振成像都能够评价右心房结构和功能,且每种影像学都有其独特的优势和相应的不足,不可相互替代.本文就多种影像学对肺动脉高压患者右心房结构和功能评估中的应用进展做一综述.
Abstract
Pulmonary hypertension is a disease with high incidence and mortality.The enlargement and dysfunction of the right atrium are closely related to the clinical deterioration and progression of pulmonary hypertension patients.Actively evaluat-ing the structure and function of the right atrium is crucial for patients with pulmonary hypertension.Echocardiography,com-puted tomography,and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging can all evaluate the structure and function of the right atrium,and each imaging technique has its unique advantages and corresponding shortcomings,which cannot be replaced by each other.This article reviews the application progress of various imaging techniques in the assessment of right atrial structure and function in pa-tients with pulmonary hypertension.
