摘要

目的 探讨低剂量联合超高分辨率CT(UHRCT)扫描肺磨玻璃结节筛查中的应用价值.方法 选取诊断治疗的肺部磨玻璃结节患者 97 例,均应用低剂量与UHRCT进行扫描,评估肺磨玻璃结节的良恶性、计算准确度、特异度和灵敏度,评估肺磨玻璃结节特征.结果 低剂量CT检测为恶性 47 例、良性 50 例;UHRCT检测为恶性 43 例、良性 54例;联合检测为恶性 42 例、良性病 55 例.联合检测准确度、特异度和灵敏度分别为 94.85%、95.12%、94.64%,UHRCT检测准确度、特异度、灵敏度分别为 88.66%、92.68%、91.07%,均高于低剂量 CT 组准确度、特异度和灵敏度77.32%、80.49%、75.00%,联合检测及UHRCT检测肺磨玻璃结节特征与低剂量CT比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 低剂量联合UHRCT及二者联合检测肺磨玻璃结节临床效果更好.

Abstract

Objective The diagnostic value is evaluated by Low-dose and ultra-high-resolution CT(UHRCT)used to screen ground-glass nodules.Methods 97 patients with ground-glass nodules were examined with low-dose and UHRCT.And we evaluated the malignancy,accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of pulmonary ground-glass nodules,and evaluated the character-istics of pulmonary ground-glass nodules.Results The malignant and benign cases with low-dose CT were detected of 47 cases and 50 cases,with UHRCT on 43 cases and 54 cases,and 42 cases and 55 cases were detected by UHRCT.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the combined method and UHRCT were 94.85%,95.12%,94.64%and 88.66%,92.68%,91.07%,which were higher than those of 77.32%,80.49%,75.00%in the low dose CT group.The accuracy of the combined method was higher than that of UHRCT.There was significant difference between UHRCT and low-dose CT(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose combined with UHRCT and combined detection of pulmonary ground glass nodules have better clinical efficacy.
