摘要

目前众多研究的共识,高血压是脑白质高信号可控的重要危险因素之一,但对高血压在脑白质高信号产生中扮演的角色进行深层次探讨较少.为了探讨高血压导致脑白质高信号的机理,本文对近几年相关文献进行了分析.通过分析认为高血压导致脑白质高信号可能的原因是高血压导致脑小血管结构和功能发生改变,使脑血流量减少,进而出现脑白质高信号的现象.其中,脑小血管疾病在脑白质高信号产生及发展中起重要作用,非高血压因素导致脑小血管疾病也可以观察到脑白质高信号.

Abstract

Currently,the consensus of many studies is that hypertension is one of the important risk factors for controllable ce-rebral white matter hyperintensity,but the role played by hypertension in the generation of cerebral white matter hyperintensity has been less deeply explored.In order to explore the mechanism of cerebral white matter hyperintensity caused by hypertension,the article analyzes the related literature in recent years.Through the analysis,it is believed that the possible cause of cerebral white matter hyperintensity due to hypertension is that hypertension leads to changes in the structure and function of cerebral small blood vessels,which reduces cerebral blood flow,and then the phenomenon of cerebral white matter hyperintensity occurs.Among them,cerebral small vessel disease plays an important role in the generation and development of cerebralwhite matter hy-perintensity,and cerebral white matter hyperintensity can also be observed in other non-hypertensive factors leading to cerebral small vessel disease.
