影像学在中轴型脊柱关节炎诊断与管理中的研究进展

摘要
数字X线摄影(DR)检查在中轴型脊柱关节炎(axSpA)的诊断中起着重要作用.随着影像学技术的发展以及对于疾病早期诊断和早期治疗的需求,MRI逐渐成为目前诊断的关键手段,但由于存在MRI假阳性等问题,因此如何合理地使用MRI,提高诊断效能是目前研究的重点,同时随着CT检查和人工智能(AI)等技术的进步,在未来为疾病诊断开辟了新的方向.另一方面,随着针对疾病评估的影像学技术与定量方法的日益多样化,如何选择合适的评估方法以指导临床疾病管理也是近年的研究热点.本文针对axSpA中最新的影像学研究进行综述.
Abstract
Digital Radiography(DR)plays an important role in the diagnosis of axial spondyloarthritis(axSpA).With the de-velopment of radiological technology and the requirement for early diagnosis and early treatment,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)has gradually become a key diagnostic technology.However,due to the possibility of false positives in MRI,the focus of current research is how to use MRI properly to improve diagnostic performance.Meanwhile,it opens up a new direction for dis-ease diagnosis in the future with advances in technology such as computed tomography(CT)and artificial intelligence(AI).For the increasing diversification of imaging techniques and quantitative methods for disease assessment,how to choose appropriate assessment methods to guide clinical disease management is also a research focus in recent years.The latest research of imaging in axSpA is reviewed.
