摘要
目的 探讨胸腺脂肪瘤的CT表现特征.方法 选取 14 例经手术病理证实的胸腺脂肪瘤患者的临床及影像学资料,总结其CT表现特征.结果 病变位于胸腺区,均为单发,直径 0.9～4.3 cm;呈类圆形 5 例,不规则结节或团块 9例;4 例病变可见形态改变.5 例病灶内见脂肪密度,7 例为软组织密度,2 例为囊性密度.平扫CT值平均为 2.7～33 HU,动脉期轻度强化,静脉期大部分病灶对比剂退出.结论 胸腺脂肪瘤典型CT表现为胸腺区含有脂肪密度的肿块,部分病灶内不显示脂肪成分,表现为软组织密度或囊性密度.
Abstract
Objective To study the CT appearances of thymolipoma.Methods The clinical and imaging data from 14 pa-tients proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed.Results The lesions were located in the thymic region,all of which were solitary,with a maximum diameter of 0.9～4.3 cm.5 cases were round in shape and 9 cases were irregular nodular or mass-alike.The shape of 4 lesions changed over time.Fat was observed in 5 lesions,soft tissue in 7 cases,and cystic density in 2 cases.The average CT value was 2.7～33 HU on plain CT.There was mild enhancement in the arterial phase and contrast agent flowed away in the venous phase in most lesions.Conclusion Thymolipomas manifest as a mass or nodule with fat and soft-tissue components in the thymic region and some lesions do not show fat components manifesting as soft-tissue or cystic density.
