摘要
淋巴水肿是常见的临床症状之一,它严重影响患者的生活质量,尽早诊断及时治疗则可以显著提高患者预后.淋巴水肿的影像学检查方法有多种,包括X线淋巴管成像、超声造影、MRI、放射性淋巴核素显像及吲哚菁绿淋巴造影等,多种影像学检查方法各有优缺点,本文就淋巴水肿的病理生理、临床诊断及影像学成像的特点及其应用发展进行综述.
Abstract
Lymphedema is one of the common clinical symptoms that seriously affects the patient's quality of life.Early diag-nosis and timely treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of patients.There are various imaging methods for lymph-edema,including X-ray lymphangiography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,magnetic resonance imaging,radionuclide lymphos-cintigraphy,and indocyanine green lymphangiography.Each imaging method has its own advantages and disadvantages.This ar-ticle provides an overview of the pathophysiology,clinical diagnosis,characteristics,and application development of imaging in lymphedema.
