摘要
目的 分析螺旋CT水对比造影检查在胃癌影像检查中的应用价值.方法 选取经手术病理诊断明确为胃癌的患者 80 例,依据双盲法分组原则将其依次纳入对照组(n=40,应用气钡双重造影检查)与观察组(n=40,实施螺旋CT水对比造影检查),评价两种方法在胃癌影像诊断中的诊断准确度,同时对两组中胃黏膜病变、胃腔软组织病变以及胃周受侵组织病变的检出情况进行比较.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者胃癌诊断准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组患者胃黏膜病变、胃腔软组织病变以及胃周受侵组织病变检出构成比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 螺旋CT水对比造影在胃癌的影像诊断中具有很高的价值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of spiral CT water contrast imaging in gastric cancer examination.Method Patients admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 who were diagnosed with gastric cancer through surgical pathology were included in the study group.According to the double-blind grouping principle,they were sequentially included in the control group(n=40,gas barium double contrast examination)and the study group(n=40,spiral CT water contrast examination).The accuracy of the two methods in the diagnosis of gastric cancer was evaluated,and the detection of lesions of gastric mucosal,soft tissue and surrounding tissues were compared in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher accuracy in diagnosing gastric cancer(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the proportion of mucosal,soft tissue and surrounding tissue lesions detected in the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT water contrast imaging has significant advantages in the imaging diag-nosis of gastric cancer.
