摘要
目的 探讨MRI与CT对直肠癌术前T分期的评估价值.方法 选取收治的 76 例直肠癌患者的临床资料,均行MRI与CT检查,以术后病理诊断结果为金标准,分析MRI与CT检查对直肠癌术前T分期的评估价值.结果 76例直肠癌患者,MRI检查的T分期结果为:T1 期 8 例、T2 期 20 例、T3 期 33 例、T4 期 15 例;CT检查的T分期结果为:T1期 7 例、T2 期 19 例、T3 期 31 例、T4 期 19 例.与病理诊断结果比较后发现:MRI与CT评估T1～T4 期直肠癌的敏感度与T1、T3、T4 期直肠癌的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MRI评估T2 期直肠癌的特异度高于CT,且总体符合率高于CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 MRI与CT在直肠癌术前T分期准确度方面有应用价值,MRI与CT检查相比总体符合度更高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the evaluation value of Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)and Computed Tomography(CT)in preoperative T-staging of rectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 76 rectal cancer patients were analyzed retro-spectively.All patients underwent MRI and CT examinations to understand the preoperative imaging manifestations of the two groups.The postoperative pathological diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to analyze the evaluation value of MRI and CT examinations for preoperative T-staging of rectal cancer.Results For the 76 rectal cancer patients included in the study,the T-stage results of MRI examination were as follows:8 in T1 stage,20 in T2 stage,33 in T3 in stage,and 15 in T4 stage;The T-stage results of CT examination were 7 cases in T1 stage,19 cases in T2 stage,31 cases in T3 stage,and 19 cases in T4 stage.Af-ter comparing with the pathological diagnosis results,it was found that the sensitivity of MRI and CT in evaluating T1～T4 stage rectal cancer was not statistically significant compared to the specificity of T1,T3,and T4 stage rectal cancer(P>0.05);The specificity of MRI evaluation for T2 stage rectal cancer was higher than CT,and the overall compliance rate was higher than CT,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT examinations can assist in preoperative T staging of rectal cancer in clinical practice,and have good application value in improving the accuracy of preoperative T staging of rectal cancer.Compared with CT examination,the overall consistency of the T staging results of MRI examination is higher,and there are greater advantages.
