摘要
近年来关于心脏超声的研究进展主要依靠超声机器的更新换代,以及相关计算软件的进步,心脏第一阶段射血分数(EF1)这一概念于 2017 年被提出,它可以通过较传统的Simpson法测量.随着对其研究的深入,发现它是一个非常有意义的心脏测量指标,与患者左心室早期收缩功能以及舒张功能都有一定相关性,可以用来对患者预后进行评估或者指导相关临床工作.本文对EF1 在相关疾病中的意义进行综述,以期能为进一步研究提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,the progress of echocardiography mainly depends on the updating of ultrasound machines and the improvement of related calculation software.As a less familiar concept,the first stage ejection fraction(EF1)appeared in people's eyes in 2017,which can be measured by the Simpson method.With the further study,it is found that EF1 is a very meaningful cardiac measurement index,which has a certain correlation with early left ventricular systolic function and diastolic function,and can be used to evaluate the prognosis or to guide relevant clinical work.In this paper,the significance of the first phase ejection fraction in related diseases was reviewed to provide reference for further research.
