摘要
儿童血友病性骨关节病(HA)是血友病患儿最常见的关节出血后遗症,超声多模态成像可无创评估关节功能及受损程度,对临床治疗有重要提示意义.本文就超声多模态技术对儿童血友病性骨关节病早期诊断方面进行综述.
Abstract
Hemophilic osteoarthropathy(HA)is a common joint disorder in children with hemophilia resulting from joint hemorrhage.Ultrasound multimodal imaging is a non-invasive method used to evaluate joint function and the extent of joint dam-age,which has significant implications for clinical treatment.This article provides an overview of the use of ultrasound multi-modal imaging in the early diagnosis of hemophilic osteoarthropathy in children.
