摘要
目的 探讨评价温敏性水凝胶用于急诊经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗肝癌破裂出血的短期效果及安全性.方法 选取使用温敏性水凝胶行急诊TACE的 21 例肝癌破裂出血患者的临床资料,根据临床症状、实验室检查及影像学检查评估止血效果,使用NCI-CTC 3.0 版标准观察和评估术后不良反应和不良事件.结果 全部患者均顺利完成急诊TACE治疗,短期止血成功率 100%.术后不良反应主要有疼痛,发热,胃肠道反应等,反应程度较轻.甲胎蛋白(AFP)检测与治疗前相比平均水平明显下降.结论 温敏性水凝胶急诊TACE治疗肝癌破裂出血是安全可行的,短期效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of thermosensitive hydrogel used in emergency trans-catheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)rupture bleeding.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 21 patients with HCC rupture bleeding who underwent emergency TACE with ther-mosensitive hydrogel.Hemostasis was evaluated based on clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,and imaging examinations.Postop-erative adverse reactions and events were observed and assessed using the NCI-CTC 3.0 standards.Results All patients were successfully completed the emergency TACE,with a short-term hemostasis success rate of 100%.Postoperative adverse reactions mainly included pain,fever,and gastrointestinal reactions,which were relatively mild.The average AFP levels significantly de-creased compared to pre-treatment levels.Conclusion Emergency TACE with thermosensitive hydrogel for HCC rupture bleed-ing is safe and feasible,with significant short-term efficacy.
