摘要

乳腺癌作为全球女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重危害女性的生命健康.病理活检作为诊断乳腺癌的金标准,其地位虽无法撼动,但是无法对乳腺癌的异质性和侵袭性进行分层,且也难以对乳腺癌的疗效及预后精准评估.近些年,影像组学在肿瘤学领域的应用逐渐增多,已发表的文献研究表明影像组学在区分乳腺癌分子分型、预测治疗反应和生存结局方面具有很高的潜力.在精准医学、个体化诊疗的背景下,影像组学有望在未来成为诊断乳腺癌、预测预后的主力军.MRI具有对软组织分辨力强的优点,已经成为乳腺癌敏感的检查手段之一,并为乳腺癌术前诊断、分期,新辅助治疗疗效的重要依据.因此,拟从影像数据中获得多种定量特征,使肉眼无法看见的图像特征可以定量分析,从而协助改善肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后等.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women in the world,which seriously endangers women's life and health.As the gold standard for the diagnosis of breast cancer,pathological biopsy has an unshakeable position,but it can-not be stratified the heterogeneity and aggressiveness of breast cancer,and it is difficult to accurately evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of breast cancer.In recent years,the application of radiomics in the field of oncology is increasing and the published lit-erature studies show that radiomics has high potential in distinguishing molecular types of breast cancer,predicting treatment re-sponse and survival outcomes.Under the background of precision medicine and individualized diagnosis and treatment,ra-diomics is expected to become the main force in diagnosing breast cancer and predicting prognosis in the future.MRI has the ad-vantage of strong soft tissue resolution and has become one of the sensitive examination means for breast cancer,which is an im-portant basis for the preoperative diagnosis and staging of breast cancer and the curative effect of neoadjuvant therapy.Therefore,we intend to obtain a variety of quantitative features from the image data,so that the image features that cannot be seen by the na-ked eye can be quantitatively analyzed,so as to help improve the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of tumors.
