活性氧是细胞内多种氧化还原反应的正常代谢产物,当活性氧的生成速率大于清除时,过多的活性氧会直接损伤细胞,还可通过信号转导系统引发一系列病理生理过程.各种氧化物前体可刺激血管细胞产生活性氧,加速动脉粥样硬化的形成和发展.他汀类、普罗布考等药物是目前最有希望的治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的抗氧化药物.
Studying and Researching Atherosclerosis from Oxidative Stress
ROS is the normal metabolic product of oxidation-reduction reaction.When the producing of ROS is faster than clearing,the excessive reactive oxygen cannot only injure body cells directly,but also lead to a series of pathophysiologic process though signal transduction system.Various oxide precursors can stimulate vascular cells to produce reactive oxygen species,which accelerate atherosclerosis formation and development.The antioxidants such as statins,probucol,have strongly anti-oxidative and anti-atherosclerosis effect and are the most promising drugs for the anti-oxidative therapy on coronary heart disease.
