进展期胃癌辅助治疗的现状与进展

摘要
中国是胃癌高发国家.目前胃癌的现状是病死率高,早期诊断率低,手术根治率低,五年生存率低.虽然外科手术是目前唯一可能治愈胃癌的方法,但中国多数胃癌患者确诊时处于疾病进展期,单纯手术已不能满足治疗需求.而在手术基础上联合辅助治疗可提高手术切除率、改善生存,辅助治疗在胃癌治疗中的价值也被临床医生认可.广义的辅助治疗包括术后的辅助治疗和术前的新辅助治疗.本文将从进展期胃癌辅助治疗的现状和研究进展进行综述.
Abstract
China is a country with high incidence of gastric cancer.The present status of gastric cancer in China includes high mortality rate,low rate of early diagnosis,radical operation and survival of five years.Although surgical resection is the only potentially curative treatment for gastric cancer at present,but most of patients diagnosed as gastric cancer belong to advanced stage of disease in China,the simple operation has been unable to meet the needs of treatment.Combination with adjuvant therapy can improve the operative resection rate and survival rate,and the value of adjuvant therapy in the treatment of gastric cancer is also recognized by clinicians.Generalized adjuvant therapy includes postoperative adjuvant therapy and preoperative neoadjuvant therapy.This article will summarize the current situation and research progress of adjuvant therapy of advanced gastric cancer.
