摘要
追踪和探索近 10 年中医药科技伦理研究的趋势与热点.检索中国知网数据库近 10年相关文献,应用CiteSpace 6.1.R6 软件分别对纳入的238 篇文献的作者、机构、关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析.从2013 年1 月1 日—2023 年1月1 日,中医药科技伦理领域发文量总体呈波动性上升趋势.频数最多的5 个关键词为伦理审查、中医药、临床研究、中医、伦理.研究显示中医药研究伦理审查、中医药现代化面临的伦理问题、中医学理论在伦理领域的新发展、中国传统医德研究是该领域关注的重点.大医精诚的相关研究可能成为未来研究方向.
Abstract
This study tracks and explores the research trends and hotspots of science and technology ethics research of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the last decade.Relevant publications in the last decade were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to generate knowledge maps and conduct analyses of authors,institutions,and keywords from the included 238 articles.Results show from January 1,2013 to January 1,2023,the number of publications in this discipline indicated a fluctuating growth."Ethical review","Chinese Medicine","clinical trials","Traditional Chinese Medicine",and"ethics"were the five keywords with the highest occurrence.Ethical review of TCM research,ethical issues faced by the modernization of TCM,recent development of TCM theory in ethics,and research on traditional Chinese medical ethics are the focuses of this field.Studies related to the principle of"the virtual of great physician"may become the future research direction.
