This paper expounds the application of reconstructed narrative medical records in the health management of psoriasis patients,discusses the mode and significance of the application of reconstructed narrative medical records in the health management of psoriasis patients in dermatology.The analysis identifies the shortcomings of this mode,such as the lack of awareness of the necessity of participating in reconstructed narrative medical records.It is believed that the application of reconstructed narrative medical records in the health management of psoriasis patients is conducive to healthcare professionals to assist patients using narrative medicine techniques,guide improvement in patients'communication ability and cognitive ability,maintain positive psychological states,and face the surroundings with a correct and positive attitude.This approach enhances clinical efficacy and quality of life for psoriasis patients,expanding the clinical application of narrative medicine and reconstructed narrative medical records.
