Analysis of Knowledge Map of Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents Training in Recent 20 Years
Based on CiteSpace,data of 2687 literatures on Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)talent training in CNKI database from 2002 to 2021 were analyzed,including publication volume,authors,research institutions and keywords.It is found that personnel training mode,disciplinary construction,medical education collaboration,teaching reform are hot topics.The research on the cultivation of TCM talents is divided into three stages:reform and development,deepening development,and innovative development.The identified hot topics concentrate on the characteristics and value orientation of TCM talents training,the inheritance and innovation of TCM talents training mode,the development trend of TCM discipline and specialty construction,the value orientation of talent training quality evaluation,and the collaborative development of talent training mechanism.This paper proposes future research trends such as strengthening the cultivation of invisible knowledge such as traditional culture and medical humanistic quality,and exploring the cultivation path of"medical+X"compound top-notch talents.
