Construction of Evaluation Indicator System for Social Psychological Service System
Constructing a scientifically sound evaluation indicator system for the development of the social psychological service system provides a quantitative reference basis for precise evaluation and improvement.Through literature and policy analysis, qualitative interviews, and the Delphi expert consultation method,a three-tiered system of indicators was constructed and refined.Weight calculations were performed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The results showed that a preliminary pool of 6 primary indicators,18 secondary indicators, and 58 tertiary indicators were formed through literature policy analysis.Through qualitative interviews, one additional secondary indicator and 22 tertiary indicators were supplemented.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, indicators were selected and their weights were finalized. The expert's positivity coefficient was 90%,and the expert's authority coefficient was 0.89.The judgment criterion was 0.93,and the familiarity degree was 0.85.Ultimately,an accurate evaluation indicator system for the construction of a social psychological service system was formed, including 6 primary indicators,19 secondary indicators, and 60 tertiary indicators. The evaluation indicator system for the construction of social psychological service system is closely combined with national policy requirements, with a scientific and rigorous construction process, clear hierarchy, and strong operability. It is suitable for phased assessment and evaluation at the provincial, municipal, and district levels.
