By using Rodgers's evolutionary concept analysis,this study analyzes the evolution of the concept of nomophobia,including concept attributes,antecedents,outcomes,alternative and related terms,and the typical cases.Nomophobia involves six conceptual attributes,including:obsessive worry,fear of missing out,anxiety about social isolation,separation anxiety,abandonment of convenience,and smartphone attachment.Preconditions include demographic factors,psychological factors and social factors;Outcomes include physiological outcomes,psychological outcomes,and comprehensive smartphone-related symptoms.In the future,the connotation of nomophobia should be further expanded and analyzed in depth,so as to provide reference for the future related research on nomophobia among different populations,and contribute to the development and application of nomophobia assessment tools and theoretical models.
