This study investigates 50 military medical personnel who have participated in peacekeeping missions through literature review, interviews, and questionnaire surveys. From an ethical perspective,it analyzes the logical essence of their medical behavior choices during peacekeeping missions.Through the study,it has been found that military medical personnel may encounter ethical and moral dilemmas and emotional challenges during peacekeeping, which can affect their behavior choices. Therefore,in peacekeeping, military medical personnel need to adapt to their military roles, and prioritize medical care that focuses on treatment and preserving lives as a fundamental action principle.Whenever possible, they should provide necessary medical assistance to the host country.Additionally,it is essential for the military to establish relevant laws, regulations, and institutional norms to provide a solid foundation for the behavior choices of military medical personnel.Adequate and appropriate training and psychological support for military medical personnel before and after peacekeeping missions are crucial.
