Intelligent doctor-patient communication under different forms of expression has been presented from service process, interaction tools, and application scenarios. It can be seen that compared to traditional modes, intelligent doctor-patient communication exhibits more flexible and diverse, environmentally friendly, efficient, more patient-centered,and can facilitate patient involvement in decision-making.However,the application of intelligent technology also highlights many drawbacks, such as weak empathetic capabilities leading to a cooling of doctor-patient relationships, difficulty distinguishing false information that may damage trust, and increased medical ethical risks. In response to the above issues,it is recommended to improve from four aspects which include transforming the mode of clinical decision-making,jointly creating digital empathy between doctors and patients, enhancing the digital health information literacy of doctors and patients, and ensuring information security.
