Research Progress of ICU Patients Return to Work after Discharge
By referring to domestic and international literatures,this paper summarized the concepts and status quo of patients returning to work after discharge from comprehensive ICU,influencing factors(including demographic,social psychological,pre-hospital,in-hospital and post-hospital factors)and interventions(including early rehabilitation activities,post-ICU follow-up,and social support).Meanwhile,this paper provides insights into promoting the return to work for patients discharged from the ICU,aiming to provide recommendations and future prospects for scholars conducting related studies,provide nursing intervention suggestions for clinical staff to promote the rehabilitation of ICU patients,and offering employment guidance for social workers.
