The Privacy Protection Dilemmas and Strategies for Chronic Disease Big Data Management
This study focuses on the privacy protection issues arising from the rapid accumulation and extensive application of big data in chronic disease management.It systematically analyzes the privacy protection dilemmas in the management of chronic disease big data,exploring five key aspects:the safe collection,use,and sharing of big data,usage purpose and control,privacy protection and compliance,public education and informed consent,and legal and regulatory frameworks.Strategies proposed to address these challenges include enhancing data anonymization and de-identification techniques,establishing transparent mechanisms for data use and sharing,strengthening data security audits and regulation,patient education,and creating legal frameworks for privacy protection.These strategies aim to promote sustainable development in managing chronic disease big data while protecting patient privacy,offering effective solutions for the challenges encountered in management.
