The promotion and application of the living will system are necessary and feasible.The construction of living will system still needs to solve outstanding problems such as the scope of the subject,the form of the directive,the applicable object,the applicable restrictions and so on.Firstly,the subject of living will should be a person with full capacity for civil conduct,assessed based on age and mental capacity.Secondly,the applicable object of living wills should include patients with permanent vegetative state and Alzheimer's disease.Finally,the application of living will should have certain restrictions that its scope of application should not be too broad and should not harm the legitimate interests of others or public interests.
