This review focuses on the concept,current status,influencing factors(sociodemographic,disease and treatment-related,and health insurance-related),impact on health outcomes,and management strategies of financial toxicity in patients with hematological malignancies.This paper summarizes relevant information on the financial toxicity of patients with hematological malignancies,summarizes the impact of financial toxicity on health-related behaviors and treatment compliance of patients with hematological malignancies,and proposes management strategies to deal with the financial toxicity in these patients.A comprehensive approach,including the use of financial navigation programs,is recommended to assess the level of financial toxicity in patients and provide a basis for clinical treatment decisions.Additionally,this review aims to support further intervention studies,reduce financial toxicity levels in patients,and improve their quality of life.
