摘要
健康责任是指主体为了客体健康承担的责任.评价健康责任的伦理框架由健康价值、自主选择、无害他人、健康公平、互惠共济和职业责任六项基本原则构成.个人对自身健康的责任有限,并且责任内容应该仅限于指导个人采取健康促进行动,不应包括对个体不利健康行为进行追责.明确健康责任的根本目的是促进责任主体做出负责任的行动,从而促进个体和群体的健康.建议在使用伦理的话语讨论健康责任议题时,关注信息对实现公共卫生目标的可能影响.
Abstract
Health responsibility refers to the responsibility undertaken by an entity for the well-being of another entity's health.The ethical framework for evaluating health responsibility comprises six fundamental principles:health value,autonomous choice,non-harm,health equity,reciprocity and solidarity,and professional responsibility.The responsibility an individual holds for their health is limited,and the scope of this responsibility should solely guide personal actions toward promoting health,excluding the pursuit of holding individuals accountable for unfavorable health behaviors.The fundamental purpose of defining health responsibility is to encourage responsible actions by the responsible entities,thereby fostering the health of individuals and communities.When discussing health responsibility using ethical discourse,it is essential to consider how the information conveyed may impact public health goals.
