Student Evaluation and Analysis on the Quality of Eight-year Clinical Medical Education
Based on survey data from graduates of 11 eight-year clinical medical education institutions nationwide,this paper conducted an empirical analysis of the training status,learning experience and career development of eight-year clinical medical students in China from the three aspects of training entrance,training process and training exit.The results showed that there were some challenges in eight-year clinical medical education in China,such as unclear training objectives,relatively monotonous teaching methods,poor quality of some courses,insufficient development of graduates'scientific research ability,heavy workload and low career satisfaction.To improve the quality of eight-year clinical medical education,it is necessary to further enhance student motivation,diversify educational methods,emphasize the cultivation of students'research abilities,improve course quality,clarify training objectives,and facilitate student career planning.
