摘要
探寻中医"治未病"与信息化人工智能结合,提升社区居家养老慢病健康管理水平的方法路径.以文献查阅、信息检索和以辽宁省沈阳市 8 个社区居家养老中心为随机对象的实地调研为主,提出三条决策建议:借力"互联网+"人工智能技术,推进社区居家养老慢病健康管理水平;引入中医药"治未病"思想,建立区域人口中医"治未病"信息化人工智能健康管理监测共享平台;加强基层社区居家养老机构中医"治未病"适宜技术人才的培养和中医药服务供给.
Abstract
This article intends to explore the methods and paths of integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)"prevention of disease"with information artificial intelligence to improve the health management level of chronic diseases in community home-based elderly care.Based on literature review,information retrieval and field research with 8 community home-based elderly care centers in Shenyang,Liaoning Province as random objects,three decision-making suggestions were put forward:promote the chronic disease health management level of community home-based elderly care by leveraging the"Internet plus"artificial intelligence technology;introduce the concept of"prevention of disease"in TCM to establish a regional population-based traditional Chinese medicine"prevention of disease"information-based artificial intelligence health management monitoring and sharing platform;strengthen the cultivation of suitable technical talents in TCM treatment before illness in grassroots community home-based elderly care institutions and the supply of TCM services.
