摘要
本文介绍了以家庭为中心的照护在癌症患者中的研究现状,包括以家庭为中心的照护的定义、照护内容、应用的重要意义,以家庭为中心的预立医疗计划、不同人群之间的沟通模式(患者与医护人员的沟通、患者与家庭成员之间的沟通、多学科协作成员参加的沟通)等方面进行了综述,介绍了三种有效的干预措施(症状管理、患者赋权和信息支持),并提出以家庭为中心的照护模式对临床实践的启示,为后期在癌症患者中开展以家庭为中心的照护提供参考.
Abstract
This article introduces the current research status of family-centered care in cancer patients,and reviews the definition,content,and significance of family centered care.It explores family-centered advance care planning,communication models among different populations(communication between patients and healthcare workers,communication between patients and family members,and communication involving multidisciplinary collaborative members).Then it introduces three effective intervention measures(symptom management,patient empowerment,and information support),and proposes the inspiration of family-centered care model for clinical practice,providing reference for the implementation of family-centered care in cancer patients.
