At present,many controversies caused by surrogacy can be attributed to ethical issues.Surrogacy is essentially a behavior that deviates from the ethical spirit.From the perspective of Hegel's recognition ethics,the root of social risk caused by surrogacy lies in the lack and conflict of recognition ethics:the lack of recognition ethics is reflected in the relationship between the client and surrogate mother;while ethical conflict is evident in the relationship between surrogate mother and children.To resolve the social risk of surrogacy,we must start from ethics,prompting individuals to consciously resist the occurrence of surrogacy at the spiritual level;the formulation of relevant laws must also be based on ethical principles to achieve the unity between law and ethics.
