摘要
随着现代医疗技术的发展与个体身体意识的增强,身体在作为一种社会景观被目光所"审视"、作为一种数字幻象被审美所"期待"的同时,也作为一种改造对象被技术所"雕刻".医学美容整形被视为改造身体、为身体提供"再识别"机会的有效手段.然而,在资本的权力规训下,整个医学美容整形过程面临着目的异化、审美异化、身体异化、身份异化的伦理困境.据此,提出以身体伦理观照医学美容整形技术,通过端正医学美容整形目的、加强身体审美教育、规范医学美容整形技术应用、引导资本合理"用技"予以纾解,以期实现人的身体伦理关切.
Abstract
With the development of modern medical technology and the enhancement of individual body consciousness,the body is not only"scrutinized"as a social spectacle and"anticipated"as a digital illusion by aesthetic standards but also"sculpted"by technology as an object of modification.Medical aesthetic plastic surgery is seen as an effective means of body modification and providing opportunities for"re-identification".However,under the power of capital,the whole process of medical aesthetic plastic surgery is faced with ethical dilemma of alienation of purpose,aesthetic alienation,bodily alienation and identity alienation.Accordingly,it is proposed to view medical aesthetic plastic surgery technology through the lens of body ethics,rectify the purpose of medical aesthetic surgery,strengthen education on body aesthetics,regulate the application of medical aesthetic technology,and guide capital to make sound use of its technology,with a view to realizing the ethical concerns of the human body.
