摘要
从具身认知的视角总结感官护理在安宁疗护中应用的情境和现状,分析在安宁疗护实践中通过提供身体器官照护、物理环境设置和感官艺术疗法的感官护理方式实现症状管理和灵性慰藉的具体内容,进一步思考未来感官护理在安宁疗护中的应用前景和发展趋势,通过与科技结合开发感官护理新技术,促进感官护理在不同地区及不同疾病人群中的应用,注重感官护理实践中的个性化与灵活性,改善患者具身情绪和生命质量,提高我国安宁疗护的服务质量.
Abstract
From the perspective of embodied cognition,this paper examines the situation and current status of the application of sensory nursing in palliative care.It analyzes the specific contents of symptom management and spiritual consolation in palliative care practice through the provision of body organ care,physical environment setting and sensory art therapy.Furthermore,it explores the application prospect and development trend of sensory nursing in palliative care in the future,emphasizing the development of new sensory care technologies through integration with technology.This will promote the application of sensory nursing in different regions and among different patient populations,with a focus on personalized and flexible sensory nursing practice,improving patients'emotional and quality of life,enhancing the service quality of palliative care in China.
