This article uses examples of doctors treating reputation to explore the issue of medical reputation.Firstly,from the perspective of genetics,this article reveals the truth that the reputation of doctors exists in moral idealism,tracing the narrative of moral phenomena concerning the reputation of physicians from traditional to modern times,focusing on the individual responsibility of doctors for group reputation,which is like a"credit loan".Secondly,from a natural perspective,the priority of"deserving a good reputation"over"having a good reputation"is elaborated.From a practical perspective,the impact of three different passions on the handling of reputation related matters by doctors is analyzed.Examples are placed in a moral context for comparative analysis,and the mechanism of the effect of reputation on the reputation,achievements,or damage of medical groups and individuals is analyzed.Especially,the importance of sincerity of doctors is emphasized in combination with the limitations of medicine.
