摘要
运用史源学方法梳理人类发展长河中医学发生发展的宏大叙事,将不同时空内医师专业精神元素抽象出来,寻找其产生的基础、发展的条件、影响的因素以预测其未来的走向.将医学、医生、疾病、患者、健康等与医师专业精神息息相关的要素置放于当时的社会与历史境遇中,揭示出医师专业精神的形成发展深刻地受到社会政治、经济、制度、文化的影响同时,也在一定程度上塑造着以医疗卫生体系为核心的支持系统这一客观规律,为未来医师专业精神的发展建设凿空而道.
Abstract
Through the method of historical origin study,the study sorts out the grand narrative of the development of medicine throughout human history,abstracting the elements of medical professionalism in different periods to identify their origins,development conditions and influencing factors,and predict their future trajectory.It is not only necessary to disentangle the common characteristics inherited from the birth of medicine to the present,but also to place the elements closely related to medical professionalism,such as medicine,doctors,diseases,patients,and health,in the social and historical contexts at the time.It reveals that the shaping of medical professionalism is deeply influenced by social politics,economy,system and culture.Furthermore,to a certain extent,it also shapes the objective laws of the supporting system centered around the healthcare system.This study paves the way for the future development and construction of medical professionalism.
