Difficulties and Strategies for Hierarchical Diagnosis and Treatment under the Medical Alliance Background
Self-selected medical treatment mode has led to the majority of patients choosing tertiary hospitals as their first choice,burdening tertiary hospitals with the diagnosis and treatment of mild and common diseases.China's medical alliance service model has been explored in earlier time and is an important carrier of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The authors analyze the relationship between medical alliances and hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and based on the practical problems encountered in the construction of medical alliances in their unit,they identify challenges such as difficulty in coordinating the interests of medical entities,insufficient downward referral motivation,inadequate primary care capabilities,and incomplete information construction of the referral system in the current hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.They propose strategies including close cooperation,process improvement,enhanced guidance,leveraging primary care strengths,and increasing the implementation efforts of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.
