A Practical Exploration of Collaborative Palliative Care Clinics

摘要
缓和医疗是全民医疗卫生保健的组成部分,在缓和医学领域开设联合门诊,是医生与护士双方相互配合、为实现对患方全人照护的创新尝试.叙事医学帮助医、护、患、家属之间的主体间性得以实现并建立有效连接.以叙事医学视角对缓和医疗联合门诊进行研究,通过概括联合门诊的三个沟通步骤,搭建起医患之间沟通的桥梁,说明缓和医疗联合门诊是叙事缓和医疗另外一种重要的呈现方式,为医学实践回归全人照护理念提供参考路径,促进构建和谐的医患关系.
Abstract
Palliative care is an integral part of universal healthcare,and the establishment of collaborative clinics in the field of palliative medicine is an innovative attempt by doctors and nurses to mutually cooperate in providing holistic care for patients.Narrative medicine helps to realize the intersubjectivity among healthcare providers,patients,and families and to establish effective connections.The study explores collaborative palliative care clinics from the perspective of narrative medicine,summarizing three communication steps in these clinics to bridge healthcare providers and patients.It illustrates that collaborative palliative care clinics represent another important way of presenting narrative palliative care,providing a reference path for medical practice to return to the concept of holistic care and promoting the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
