医疗机构健康素养促进的概念分析

摘要
采用Walker和Avant经典概念分析框架,从医疗机构健康素养促进的概念、概念应用、定义特征、相关案例、前因后果和实证参考等方面进行整合分析,厘清医疗机构健康素养促进的概念.在公众健康素养不足的背景下,从医疗机构供给侧出发,为医疗机构更好地服务不同健康素养水平的公民提供参考,使公民能够更易获取、理解和利用健康信息和服务,进而促进公民健康素养水平的提高,助力践行《健康中国行动(2019-2030年)》,也为医疗机构管理层开发相应评估工具提供理论参考.
Abstract
Walker and Avant's classic concept analysis framework is used to clarify the concept of healthcare organization health literacy promotion by integrating and analyzing from aspects of concept,conceptual application,defining features,related cases,antecedents and consequences,and empirical references.In the context of insufficient public health literacy,from the supply side of healthcare organizations,this paper provides references for healthcare organizations to better serve citizens with different health literacy levels,enabling citizens to more easily access,understand and make use of health information and services,which in turn promotes citizens'health literacy levels,contributes to the implementation of The Healthy China Initiative(2019-2030),and also provides theoretical references for healthcare organizations management to develop corresponding assessment tools.
